1. In the event that the Lessee relinquishes the equipment for which a deposit has been made, they will not be eligible for a refund. Nevertheless, they have the option to select a different rental date (based on availability), which may incur additional costs.

2. Should the Lessee choose to give up the equipment for which they have paid a deposit, they will not receive a refund. However, they do have the right to reschedule for an alternate rental date, based on availability. Rescheduling may possibly incur extra fees.

3. If the Lessee decides to request pickup/ return the for the equipment which a deposit has been paid, refunds will not be provided. The Lessee is permitted to choose a new rental date, though this may result in additional charges.

4. If the rental agreement is paid in full and lessee cancels services, lessee will receive.

5. In the event the JWHC (JW Homes and Contractors, LLC) cannot provide the requested equipment (same or similar), a refund will be issued.
