Depending on your needs and location, the restroom trailers are equipped with simple power cords that can be easily plugged into a power source. Most trailers require only one inlet power source. In situations where there is no available power source, the unit can be powered with alternative power solutions, providing maximum flexibility and reliability for your event.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your mobile restroom rental service, our refund policy is designed to offer you flexibility and peace of mind. 
Cancellations are based on our refund policy. for paid in full, 50% is refundable. Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided for cancellations made after the equipment has been delivered. Please contact our customer service team for any further assistance or to initiate a cancellation. We strive to make event planning as seamless and stress-free as possible for all our clients.

DPR, we priorities' hygiene and customer satisfaction by ensuring that all our mobility equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental. Our dedicated maintenance team is responsible for cleaning the equipment, adhering to strict hygiene protocols to guarantee that every piece of mobility equipment is in excellent condition for our clients. 
"After" the rental period, we can also handle all post-rental cleaning, so you can focus on enjoying and event planning with ease. You have the option for DPR to provide cleaning after your usage.  Rest assured, with DPR, you're receiving top-quality, sanitized equipment for a seamless experience. You do however have the option for DPR to provide cleaning after your usage.

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery to confirm your reservation.

If damages are found at time of pickup, you will be notified by driver or by email of all damages.  All damages are billed after inspection of the DP Restroom.  An inspection will be performed at time of delivery and pickup.

Our DP Restrooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure availability for your event, we recommend making your reservation as early as possible.
